POOL SIDE is a unique shop that recreates the laid-back Hawaiian vibe right in the heart of Tokyo. Owned by Yuki Sugiura, the store focuses on records and vintage clothing sourced from Hawaii, offering a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere. Sugiura grew up surrounded by Black music and fell in love with record culture through his DJ activities. His encounter with Hawaii’s distinctive culture later deepened his appreciation for Hawaiian music and vintage fashion.

Inside the shop, you’ll find a variety of Hawaiian-inspired items and music. The collection ranges from iconic Hawaiian traditional and hula dance music to rare, locally produced albums available only in Hawaii, sparking excitement in music enthusiasts. The vintage clothing section features a vibrant selection of aloha shirts, vintage T-shirts, and more.
