Refund policy

■We generally do not accept returns or cancellations after the product has been shipped, except in cases of our company's fault. Cancellations due to customer reasons cannot be accepted.

■Due to the nature of second-hand records, which are handled as one-of-a-kind items, exchanges of products cannot be accepted.

■For returns due to our company's fault, please return the product, and after confirming the actual item, we will process a refund. Please note that we cannot provide replacement items or partial refunds.

■If you wish to return a product due to our company's fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product through the form. We cannot accept returns if this period is exceeded.

■The condition of the items is primarily based on visual grading. Therefore, returns/refunds for noise other than skipping, such as crackling, cannot be accepted. Please refer to About the Grading.

■Return/Refund Procedure

  • ・Please contact us through the form within 7 days of receiving the product.
  •     ※Please note that if you send the product without contacting us, we may not be able to accept it.
  • ・We will respond to you via email.
  • ・Please send the item to us by cash on delivery using Sagawa Express (if applicable).
  •   ※Please use the nearest Sagawa Express office, or request a pickup via phone or the Sagawa Express website.
      ※Please also write the order number in the item description section of the shipping label.
  • ・We will proceed with the refund procedure after confirming the item.
  •   ※We will only email you once the refund process is completed (within 7 days of receiving the item).
      ※Please note that we do not send emails at the time of receiving your returned item or other notifications except for the refund notice.
      ※Refunds will be made through the payment method you used. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method you have contracted with, so please check your credit card statement, etc.
